Started doing yoga in '97 and haven't stopped. Did a couple teacher trainings and am always doing workshops, seminars, classes with teachers I feel compelled to study with. I practice and teach intuitively and weave a lot of what I learn mixed in with what I FEEL. Erich made me realize for the 1st time at a workshop that this approach is what yoga is about- not mimicking others. I breathed a sigh of relief! I resonate with the gray area and I stress with black and white thinking!
